You can ask us for a copy of those safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to two years after we last hear from you.
- Owner and guest records: for as long as our contract runs, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep them, including for tax purposes.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

- restrict or object to how we use it, including use based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a usable format, or have us send it to another organisation; and

Email us to use any of these rights. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we will reply within one month.
8. How we protect it
We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, secure hosting and staff training. Only people who need your data for their work can see it.
9. Children
This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 through it. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
